Nazarbayev University scholars conduct research in many fields, and seek to expand human knowledge through innovation, analysis, and collaboration. With more than 450 faculty and researchers, within 7 years since its inception, Nazarbayev University has become a leading research university in Kazakhstan.
NU research is supported by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local and international organizations, and is carried out in the Schools, Research Centers and Institutes.
Nazarbayev University is proud to be home to the 62 research and teaching laboratories located at NU Schools, PE “National Laboratory Astana”, and PE “Nazarbayev University Research and Innovation System” (NURIS).
