The university is an organization, which not only creates, preserves, and spreads knowledge, but also acts upon the world through knowledge. Knowledge becomes meaningful when it drives effective action.
What are the characteristics of universities that thrive in challenging times? How to adapt or even drastically change ourselves in order to transform crisis into opportunities for achieving the university’s mission and goals?
At the Asian Universities Alliance (AUA) Presidents Forum, the university leaders will share their knowledge and experience of coping with the COVID-19 crisis for sustainable and progressive development. We will learn how to co-create knowledge for more resilient university systems capable of withstanding and responding to continuous, probably more severe, challenges in the future.
