Kostanay steel structures production plant is gaining momentum

It took its director Shodmonbek Halmetov three years to literally build his business brick by brick. Shodmonbek received his higher education in Scotland and Great Britain. He returned to Kazakhstan and became a Nazarbayev University Scholar.
