Shigeo Katsu: “Elbasy’s vision to create a world-class university has taken real shape”

President of Nazarbayev University Shigeo Katsu during the international online conference “Nursultan Nazarbayev: a politician of global scale” dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shared his memories about the support by Elbasy during the years of the university establishment, Kazinform correspondent reports.
