Announcement for Foundation Year Program applicants
Dear Foundation Year Program applicants!
Please be kindly informed about the following changes in the selection:
- Within indicated deadlines applicants should submit IELTS/TOEFL/Linguaskill results which meet minimum requirements and are independently taken at the Test Center. TOEFL iBT Home Edition and TOEFL PDT results are not considered in the competition;
- Nazarbayev University Foundation Year Program Entrance Test (NUFYPET) has been renamed to Nazarbayev University Entrance Test (NUET);
- NUET is the only entry exam held at the expense of Nazarbayev University.
Changes in requirements will allow applicants to plan their admission in advance and help to be invited to NUET directly. Learn more about requirements and deadlines here.
Also, in the interest of applicants it was decided to accept the results of the Linguaskill test, whic is developed by the University of Cambridge that provides an opportunity to quickly and accurately determine the level of English proficiency. You can take the test as many times as you need in 18 regional UStudy test centers for an affordable price. The results are released within 3-5 working days.
