Online seminar at NU School of Library Technologies

School of Library Technologies of Nazarbayev University Library will be holding an online seminar “Experience in implementation of modern international principles and standards of information organization. Data Management” on December 7 and 8, 2021.

Libraries of higher educational institutions are invited with the aim of improving professional competencies and learning about innovations in the field of information resources management in libraries.

Participants of the online seminar will get acquainted with:

  • experience in the implementation of international standards of cataloging and management of digital collections, as well as projects in metadata;

  • information organization in libraries of Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan during COVID-19.

As a result, participants will receive certificates of participation in the online seminar.
